If you are not sure about the box dimensions you need, you just need to share your product dimensions with us, then we can recommend the box size according to our product knowledge and experience. Or you can also send your product sample to our factory, so that we can do the box fit your product perfectly.
Choose The Right Box Style
There are so many box styles for your choice when it comes to paper box packaging, choose the best matching style to fit your product will definitely add extra value to your products. We provide magnetic box, 2 piece lid and base box, drawer box, folding mailer box and other special shape boxes, if you are not sure about the box style, you can refer to examples we have done before, or we can recommend box style based on our experience.
Printing- Magically Turn Your Design into Reality
Printing is one of the most processes in making paper packaging, as most of the design is printed on the box. Meijiacai has advanced Heidelburg printing machine to make sure the best printing effect. And all the printing ink we use is eco-friendly soy oil ink, to make sure the printing is food grade and environmental friendly.
Different Inserts to Protect Your Products
For fraigile products, we recommend some insert to hold the products, the right insert will not only protect the merchandise, make sure the prodcuts will not move around inside the box, but will also make the box inside look better. Usually we cloth satin, paper board and foam material for insert. EVA foam is strong and cost a little more than EPE foam and sponge foam; if you care more about eco friendly, we recommend paper card insert. EPE foam and silk satin matching is also a good choice for luxury heavy products.

Normally MOQ is 100-500 pcs for custom printed design on it, and the more you order, the better unit price you will get.
We now support payment to our company’s bank account, and we also support payment via PayPal.
Yes, we can send you samples we have done before, or customize the sample with your own design, and we will charge the sample cost and shipping cost accordingly.
We are an original paper printing and paper packaging factory in China.
Usually 3-7 days for sample order, and 10-20 days for bulk production.
We support files in PDF, PSD and Adobe Illustrator format, and we have professional designer who can help with your design for free.
For small orders, we recommend shipping via Express service, it will take a week arrive. For bulk order, we recommend shipping via Sea, and it will take 30 days or so.
We usually will send 1% extra box for backup. If there are defectives when you received the boxes, please take pictures and count the defects quantity, then we will replace or refund.
