We Supply the Box Accessories You Need
We recommend using box inserts to hold fragile things; the correct box insert will not only preserve the merchandise and ensure that the products do not move around inside the box, but it will also improve the appearance of the box inside. We usually utilize fabric satin, paper board, and foam material for the insert. EVA foam is firmer and more expensive than EPE foam and sponge foam; if you value the environment, we propose paper card inserts. EPE foam and silk satin matching are also suitable for luxury heavy products.
How to Make Cardboard Boxes Step by Step

Cutting and Creasing
Rolls to Sheets: Depending on the size of the boxes to be made, the continuous sheet of paper cardboard is subsequently sliced into manageable halves.
Die-Cutting: The sheets are then precisely cut, creased, and scored using large die-cut machines in accordance with box templates. The size, form, and fold lines of the completed boxes are specified by these templates.

Printing
Text and Graphics: Printing machines print logos, and other graphics straight onto cardboard following the cutting process.

Film Lamination
Film Lamination involves applying a thin layer of plastic film onto the cardboard. Lamination cannot only make boxes more resistant to moisture, grease, and other environmental factors but also enhance the visual appeal of the box.

Folding and Gluing
Automated Assembly: The cut and scored sheets are fed through machines that fold them into the final box shape. Glue is applied to the necessary tabs automatically as the box takes shape.

Quality Control
During this stage, boxes are inspected for quality, ensuring that all folds, cuts, and prints are correctly executed.

Packing and Shipping
Stacking and Bundling: Completed boxes are then flattened, stacked, and bundled for shipping. They are usually packed into 5ply K=K cartons.
Distribution: The cartons are then shipped to distributors or directly to businesses that will use them for packaging their products.

We support files in PDF, PSD and Adobe Illustrator format, and we have professional designer who can help with your design for free.
For small orders, we recommend shipping via Express service, it will take a week arrive. For bulk order, we recommend shipping via Sea, and it will take 30 days or so.
We usually will send 1% extra box for backup. If there are defectives when you received the boxes, please take pictures and count the defects quantity, then we will replace or refund.
